Messiah on the Islands

The Victoria Philharmonic Choir launches the holiday season with traditional style (and a couple of ferry rides), performing GF Handel's beloved MESSIAH on two beautiful Gulf Islands.

Peter Butterfield conducts the 30 voice chorus and 10 member orchestra, along with soloists Jennifer Turner, Grace Vermette, Jan van der Hooft and Alex Chen.

Each performance is about 2 hours long, with an intermission.

SATURNA ISLAND - Saturday, December 5, 2026 - 1:00pm

Saturna Community Hall.

Tickets are $30 regular, $10 student, FREE for children under 13 (need ticket) from the Saturna General Store (cash or e-transfer); in advance (plus fees) from vpchoir.tickit.ca and possibly at the door if not sold out.
